An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic, market leading company based in the Southwest. They are looking for a commercially driven Corporate Finance Manager / FP&A Manager.

Supporting the FD and Corporate Finance Director, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, raising capital, interpretation of financial and operating information.

This role is highly analytical and so requires previous experience working in a similar position. You will be required to build and update forecast models, update and prepare appraisals for new and existing projects and fully understand the Group's financial policies. You will work closely with various company functions to structure funding and you will also review and execute legal arrangements.

You will build relationships with shareholders as well as investors and lenders and will work alongside the Corporate Finance Director to provide analysis on sales `and operating data (through Power BI)

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and will have a proven track record in data analysis and problem solving. The ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships and the ability to demonstrate leadership skills will be key to the success of this role.
