The Company

This New Zealand owned business has been in operation for a number of years and pride themselves in working in the construction industry for commercial and residential. They manufacture quality products and are looking for that same quality in the right candidate to join the small finance team while the go through a period of rapid growth. This a 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

The Role

As the Accounting Clerk you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and working in a close-knit team where you will be responsible for the following:

  • Full function Accounts Payables
  • Full function Accounts Receivables
  • Supplier Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Invoicing and inter-company transactions
  • Allocations
  • Credit Control

Your Profile

You will be a strong Accounts Clerk with a good understanding of full function transactional work, specifically Credit Control. It will be beneficial to have some exposure to medium sized ERP systems, and you will have strong communication skills, strong attention to details and an ability to pick things up quickly.
