To provide contact with clients at all levels which is adequate to satisfy clients' reasonable desires and needs. To anticipate the needs of the client even though they may not recognize them and assist them to the best of our ability in solving their business problems. To make available new types of needed services which we are presently qualified to perform, or which we believe we can become qualified to perform. To perform only those services which the client really needs to have performed by us. To complete each engagement and deliver the end product to the client when they need it, provided their demands are reasonable considering all the circumstances.
