Anderson Knight are currently working with a Manufacturing Business based in Glasgowwho are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Financial Analyst to support their UK Finance Team.Key Role
Responsibilities:
• Analysing overheads to budgets/forecasts and reviewing and understanding variances
• Head count and cost centre reporting
• Involvement in month end process including assisting with the preparation of monthly Management reports and data pack
• Tracking and analysing strategic project costs and CAPEX
• Developing and preparing monthly customer analysis
• Involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes
•
• Supporting the commercial finance team with other project workPerson Specification:
• Experience of working in business finance
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Good knowledge of Powerpoint
• Knowledge of ERP useful but not essential
• Attention to accuracy and detail essential
• Ability to interpret financial data and relate it back to non-financial colleagues
• Self-starter with drive and commitment, independent worker with ability to learn quickly
