Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

The Employee Banking team are responsible for developing and implementing robust relationship strategies and management practices that supports our institutional team while also helping the employees of our top corporates "be good with money"

As an Employee banking partner, you will workacross the BNZ network, the role focuses on delivering a consistent customer experience through aligned financial literacy and marketing initiatives contributing to increased consumer and wealth market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to clearly communicate the benefits of our Financial Wellbeing program to external customers to help them understand how it can improve staff engagement, acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring a standardised approach is achieved in engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Bank's strategy for Workplace packages
• Connect Store Managers with Partners who have companies suitable for package/existing packages

Ō Pūkenga | About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have proven banking experience with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

• You will have previous experience working with customers, uncovering their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
• An experienced banker who has proven ability to deliver a highly responsive and quality experience for our customers.
• Examples of a proactive approach to building new relationships and improving customer experiences
