Description
- Oversee the cost operations, planning and analysis teams
- Work collaboratively with the strategic cost teams
- Set the strategic direction of cost reporting and analysis
- Improve forecasting and planning, tooling and automation
- Ensure strong working relationships internally to enable efficient cost reporting, forecasting and planning activities
- People management (direct and indirect reports)
- Ensure all reporting and analysis is complete
- Work well across wider teams (Analysis, Planning, Operations)
Profile
- ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
- Must have experience in a Large Organisation with complex cost and cost allocation structures
- Worked with multiple stakeholders and management of complex cost and cost allocation structures
- High level experience of cost forecasting, reporting and analytics tools
- Experience of cost allocation processes
- Experience in improving systems and automation
- Experience of supporting cost optimisation activities
- Ability to analyse complex situation and provide guidance
- Ability to take existing processes and improve or simplify
- Strong communication and influencing skills
