This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our client's busy team. Supporting the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing EMEA payroll in timely and accurate manner. Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records and completing payroll reports.
We're looking for someone with previous payroll experience, particularly with international payroll who is interested in joining an established, global business.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Payroll responsibilities, processing & managing for EMEA using our current system & liaising with other external providers across EMEA
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies within payroll
Compliance with all relevant regions legislation within EMEAWhat we are looking for:
Experience Required:
EMEA Payroll processing and integration
Hands on experience with HRIS accounting software
Experience of working with external authorities such as HMRC to ensure compliance at all times
Experience in calculating SSP, SMP, SAP
Experience in P11ds, P60's, P45s and audits
Experience in calculating bonus and commission payments
Experience with Pensions and Auto enrolmentQualifications:
Previous international payroll experience
Strong numeracy skills
AAT or Part II CIMA/CACA/CKey Skills:
International payroll experience essential
Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Working to deadlines
Proactive, tenacious and accountable
