Finance Manager

Morgan Philips are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager with a prominent business based in Dunfermline.

The organisation has been in the fortunate position to have experienced growth over the last 9 months based on the sector it operates within.

The Finance Manager role is being recruited to due to a restructure which sees the outgoing person being promoted into a more senior role within the business.

The Finance Manager does not need to be a qualified accountant. The role is overseeing a transactional finance team of 5 which look after Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.

The Finance Manager will oversee end to end finance operations, provide management of the transactional team, ensuring all deliverables are met and within correct control environment.

Background & Experience:

An experienced Manager with excellent transactional finance knowledge (AP, AR, Banking)

Excellent Excel skills and strong IT literacy

Ability to delegate and manage the work of others

Commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise workload based on business needs

Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative, as well as being highly team orientated

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
