Description

In this role as Accounts Payable Clerk your responsibilities will include

o Process submitted online employee expenses using the Webexpenses platform.

o Ensure appropriate authorisation has been obtained for all employee expenses.

o Spot check approved claims against tolerance reports.

o Refer attempts to claim outside the policy and reject where necessary.

o Prepare and send weekly bacs payments using Oracle Payable.

o Monitor the expenses inbox daily.

o Reconcile invoices against purchase orders using Oracle Payable.

o Code and distribute purchase order exempt supplier invoices for approval.

o Generate invoices for the weekly faster payment run.

Profile

o Able to confidently liaise with all levels of management.

o Ability to work in an organised manner and prioritise key tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

o Excellent numeric and literacy skills

o Sound IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
