Senior Internal Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce Finance and Accounting has partnered with a large, publicly traded client in their search to add a talented Senior Internal Auditor to their team in San Antonio, TX. Summary: The Senior Auditor will be responsible completing assigned audits according to audit plans, interact with business/process owners, and recommend process improvements and controls to mitigate risk. The Senior Internal Auditor will specialize in either financial (SOX) audits or operational audits. Our client offers a competitive compensation plan, casual work environment and excellent work-life balance. Some travel, including international, is expected in this role.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA, CIA, CFE, or CISA designation or actively working to achieve
• 5-10 years of related audit experience in either a public accounting firm or internal audit department; Big 4 experience is preferred
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
