Your new role

In your new role as Internal Audit Director, you will have an overview of assurance testing on the business' Internal Controls. You will have to work closely with senior stakeholders across all areas of the business to ensure that all audit engagements run smoothly, delivering timely and accurate results.

The position will incorporate an element of Risk Management also, working closely with the Head of Internal Audit on this. Further, there will be a need to sometimes support the IT Audit function in their endeavours and so a prior knowledge in this area would be a huge benefit.

You will also be involved in investigations work, and will work on ad hoc projects when needed.


What you'll need to succeed

• You will be an experienced Internal Audit professional, with a strong reputation
• Understanding of a broad range of Internal Audit matters such as ISO, GRC and more
• Prior experience with IT Audits would be a huge advantage
• Membership of a recognised, relevant body (IIA, IASB etc.)
• Risk Management experience would be desirable
