Payroll Manager £45,000 (Real Title - Senior Payroll Consultant)

An international business that is still thriving through the current world circumstances is seeking to recruit a Payroll Manager to their team. You will have strong technical payroll knowledge and experience of working with global payroll partners to deliver a global payroll solution. An overview of the responsibilities for this role are:

- Reviewing entity payroll submissions
- Working though queries and corrections with local partners
- Define and maintain country-specific process documentation
- Provide comprehensive payroll reports
- Assisting with payroll implementations and rollouts

In addition to you technical knowledge, you will be proactive, good at identifying issues and driving resolution. The role is highly deadline driven and requires someone who is organised and efficient with an eye for detail and good communication skills. International exposure is essential to enhance your appreciation of the diversity of cultures and communication and as such improve your effectiveness.
