- £20 - 24k per annum dependent on experience
- Full time position
- Based in Northampton
- Immediate start available
- 28 days holiday allowance per annum
- Data input to support the Payroll submissions
- Providing Administrative support to the department
- Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements for the payroll coordinator role:
- Previous payroll experience is required
- Working within a recruitment environment is very desirable
- Good communication skills
- Good excel skills - especially with vlook up and duplicate checks etc
- Team player but also able to work individually and using your own initiative
- Great organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- Literacy , numeracy and IT skills essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
