Staffing Match have a great opportunity for a payroll administrator to join our fast growing recruitment company in our Northampton office.

About the role as a payroll Coordinator:

  • £20 - 24k per annum dependent on experience
  • Full time position
  • Based in Northampton
  • Immediate start available
  • 28 days holiday allowance per annum
As the payroll and administration assistant your role will consist of:

  • Data input to support the Payroll submissions
  • Providing Administrative support to the department
  • Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements for the payroll coordinator role:

  • Previous payroll experience is required
  • Working within a recruitment environment is very desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Good excel skills - especially with vlook up and duplicate checks etc
  • Team player but also able to work individually and using your own initiative
  • Great organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Literacy , numeracy and IT skills essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure
