Director of Finance, Manufacturing

The Finance Director at IPS Adhesives will own financial reporting and operations for the IPSA Brands business (approximately $50M) and provide support to our internal and external customers with the highest level of accuracy and integrity. This role will also achieve the company's targeted objectives while partnering with members of the leadership team and acting as an active business partner to the IPSA President.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans, yearly operating plans, budgets and forecasts for the Global IPSA businesses aligned with broader CPG financial strategy
• Partner with Leadership team in driving the right process and behaviors to help achieve committed targets
• Ensure compliance with accounting, company policy and procedures and collaborate with Shared Services organization on process improvements
• Prepare monthly business review and forecast package highlighting key takeaways and business drivers
• Lead critical initiatives to improve productivity, drive efficiencies within the business to help achieve cost goals, and improve working capital performance
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and be a trusted advisor to the President

Experience:

• An experienced leader with a minimum of 5-10 years of proven track record preferably in the manufacturing environment
• A decisive individual who possesses a 'big picture' perspective and is proficient with systems
• MBA or MS in Economics/Finance, highly preferred
• Familiarity with US GAAP and with different ERP systems in general
• A strategic approach with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and strong operational focus
• Result oriented and sense of urgency
• Able to work as a hands-on manager and meet set deadlines
• Strong business acumen
