I am currently recruiting an Interim Reporting Accountant role for a Government Agency. This role is due to last for 3-6 months and will fall inside IR35. This role will be based in Central London.
Client Details
My client are a Central Government Agency based in the heart of London.
Description
The purpose of the role is to:
- Deliver financial controls as required, through developing financial systems, processes and procedures. Including balance sheet controls
- To assist with the consolidation of accounts
- Provide periodic and statutory programme financial performance reports
- Assist with payroll reporting
- Prepare Annual Report and Accounts and manage external audit process
- Provide programme financial performance reporting and technical support to senior team
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Qualified Accountant/Qualified by experience
- A background in Central Government
- Strong understanding of FREM
- Immediately available/short notice
- Ability to work within a fluid environment
Job Offer
A competitive day rate
£250 to £300 Umbrella Rate- INSIDE IR35
