Description

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

• Accurately processing invoices and ownership of the purchase ledger
• Debtor control
• Supporting the Head Cashier with the bank reconciliations
• Client monies accounting & control
• Supporting with the VAT accounting with the aim or taking over this area
• Client account balances and requests
• Monthly bill run

Profile

The successful applicant for the Finance Administrator will be:

• Ideally looking to progress and study their AAT
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to work in a timely and accurate manner
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in the business
• Good computer skills, ideally with Excel and financial systems
