As a Financial Controller your duties will include:

- Coaching and developing the existing team of 5 at the same time as your own career is being truly invested in to take you onto the next stage.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analysing.
- Progressing and streamlining processes.
- Managing the day to day operations of the finance department.
- Participating as an active and key member of the company leadership team.

The successful Financial Controller will have the following skills and experience:

- Fully qualified or part qualified Finance Manager / Financial Controller working towards your ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifications.
- Great leadership skills.
- A natural enabler of others and you are not afraid to pull up your sleeves and get involved.

In return, you will receive a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 pa plus 25 days holiday.
