Your future tasks:
support of accounting processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger),
ensuring verification, timely booking of invoices and workflow of documents in accordance with applicable regulations,
e-mail and phone contact with business partners, suppliers and stakeholders in other entities,
support in resolving issues related to the work of accounting teams,
assistance in preparing and analysing control reports
working in SAP and other auxiliary systems,
active participation in process migration from French entites.
We are looking for you, if:
You have min. 3 years of experience in at least one of accounting processes within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger,
You know French and English very well - min. B2 level,
You perfectly understand the specifics of international work environment and have experience in accounting knowledge transfer,
You operate well in SAP and Excel,
You have an analytical mindset and pay attention to details,
You are willing to initiate new solutions and take care of building positive relations.
