Profile Overview

Provides overall strategic development and direction in the area of commercial finance for both the frame product category globally and a designated Specsavers retail territory, through business partnering the key stakeholders and working with them to deliver optimum business decisions.

You will pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement while driving and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Working with the category and in territory product and finance teams to understand plans and priorities and ensure that they are accurately reflected in territory budgets and supply chain budgets.
  • Pre and Post Evaluations: Support evaluation of proposals / projects from a total business perspective.
  • Controls: Develop reporting / controls to ensure accuracy in recording of frame related transactions across the supply chain.
  • Reporting: Develop KPI reporting and tracking to step change visibility on volume, mix and rate analysis for frames.
  • Pricing: Understand & influence pricing for all territories for the product category, understanding invoicing flows and putting in place controls to ensure the integrity of pricing.
  • Business Partnering: Develop strong two way relationships with all key stakeholders and their teams to be able to provide added value insight on business performance with demonstrable understanding of commercial issues facing the business.

  • Fully Qualified Accountant with extensive PQE
