Element Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fast growing, investment backed business as they look to engage with a high calibre finance analyst to join their FP&A function.

This role will provide key commercial insight and analysis into the business' performance, analysing margins, profit and growth of multiple revenue streams, while business partnering with key stakeholders within the business, influencing strategic and commercial decisions. You'll work closely with the FP&A Manager, contributing towards the budget and forecast process and support the wider business growth and continuous improvement agenda.

You will be a results driven, recently qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong drive and enthusiasm, to grow, progress and develop within a business where you are able to make a tangible contribution towards the future shape of the business and it's culture. You will be analytical by nature, with a high degree of proficiency within Microsoft Excel (Power BI / Power Suite experience advantageous).

The reward package for this role is strong, with discretionary bonus included - due to COVID19 this role is currently working from home, but will expect to be 3-4 days per week in the office in Bristol when returning to the office.
