Position Specification: Be responsible for manufactory expense record, fcst and control. Material handle by vendor process management. Monthly result analysis and daily process improvement. Support finance manager on the team efficiency and internal control environment improvement. Basic Accountabilities:
1) Expense record to ensure timely and accurate reporting on manufactory related accounts,
2) Periodically review expense status to ensure expense under suitable budget control and realistic,
3) Improve and follow up the material handled by vendor process to ensure the process smooth support the manufacture,
4) Monthly manufactory performance analysis to support the finance manager to take action to improve the finance result,
5) Yearly expense planning review and setting up, whole year expense budget control.
Key Measurements:
1. Provide accurate and timely records for expense related accounting;
2. Expense fcst accuracy and suitable budget control action taken;
3. Provide all analysis and reports on a timely and accurate basis;
4. Enhanced control environment in factory inventory related process; Principle Working Relations: Internal: CLC, IBD, Sourcing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Finance/ FP&A

Qualification Requirement: · Education: At lease Bachelor degree and a qualified accountant · Experience:
Overall over 5 years working experience in finance area, preferably with 2 of these years in manufacturing MNC
Language: Good communications and interpersonal skills Computer Skills: Good commend of Exce
Other Key Competencies: Experience in ERP system is preferred; Familiar with manufacturing management process is preferred;
