Management Accountant

Our client is a rapidly expanding, entrepreneurial tech business based in the heart of Cheshire. The business was established over 10 years ago and is currently working with investors to launch their product/service even wider, globally. Working with a forward-thinking, dynamic CEO this position will be the first internal finance role for the company, we are looking for a strong Accountant to manage the day to day finance.

You will be fully involved with producing management accounts and working with the CEO on cash flow and various reports/analysis for the board

Role:

• Producing management accounts for the main business Venn Digital
• Producing management accounts packs for board meetings with commentary and analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations, P&L duties
• Variance reports across costing and pricing for both companies
• Producing weekly cashflows for the business, running through with the CEO weekly
• Leading on budget management, creating new budgets alongside CEO
• Producing key MI to support business decisions
• Assisting with key projects and providing financial documentation to the investors when requested
• Processing invoices and chasing outstanding debt, drawing reports for CEO
• Payroll analysis and ensuring payroll is completed each month to be paid

Experience:

• Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience within an SME is highly desirable
• Strong experience of management accounts and all round finance
