Robert Half Finance & Accounting are assisting a growing technology company who are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Royston based finance team. This role will be for 12 months with an immediate start.

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coding and Processing Invoices
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Payments Runs and supplier payments
  • Resolve invoice/supplier queries
  • Ensure invoices authorised and have POs
  • Reconcile Credit Card statements
  • Build relationships with suppliers
  • Collect balances where over payment to suppliers has been made
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Data entry

Profile:

  • Confident in person and able to speak to a variety of people across all levels
  • Have a hard working 'can do' attitude
  • Highly accurate and good attention to detail
