Employment contract for a definite period of time (1.5 years) in Warsaw (Inflancka 4A)

You will be a part of the accounting team of four people in Warsaw, working for Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cash Management, Business Expenses, supporting the month-end closing, and taking part in the preparation of statutory and tax reporting for the KMD Poland.

• Verifying the correctness of book entries in terms of VAT,
• Supporting the preparation of SAFT-VAT and VAT-UE declaration,
• Performing withholding tax settlement,
• Reconciling inter-company balances,
• Preparing month-end closing entries (prepayments and deferred income settlements, accruals, VAT settlement, current and deferred income tax etc.),
• Providing support in ongoing accounting tasks (processing sales and purchase invoices, processing travel and expense reports, payment runs, bank statement postings, documents archiving etc.),
• Performing company social fund settlement,
• Performing accounts reconciliations and analysis,
• Preparing financial and statistical reports,
• Participating in internal policies and procedures creation and updating

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Have very good knowledge of accounting rules
• Have practical knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT) and tax reporting
• Are proficient in MS Office (very good Excel is a must)
• Are Attention to details and accuracy
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are communicative and a team-player
• Have a university degree in Finance or Accounting
• Are fluent in English both in speaking and writing
