We are currently looking to recruit a professional Accounts/HR Assistant to work on a part time basis in Stourbridge
Accounts duties will include:
* Process sales invoices and follow up on current debtors.
* Process purchase orders - both on paper side and with sage.
* Bank account reconciliations
* Reporting on supplier payment needs
* Processing Payroll on to Sage (monthly)
* VAT, EC sales processing
* Monitoring cash flow
* Operating 2 Sage accounts
HR duties will include:
* Short term contracts and job descriptions
* Ensuring that new staff receive correct documentation and policy handbooks etc.
* Any other HR admin as required
Hours are part time - 18 to 20 per week - Negotiable
Hourly rate £10-12ph depending up on experience
