Sales Administration / Ledger Clerks / Credit Control / Debt Recovery / Collections Clerk / Accounts Admin / Debt Negotiation / Litigation

Salary:
£10 - 11 per hour, DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing temporary with no legal obligation, but long term may be an option for the right candidate.

Interview Details: Potentially an informal chat to see where you'll be working, meet the team and quell any first day nerves.

Hours of work: Core hours Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.30

Our Client:Our well established super friendly wholesaler needs extra help to chase outstanding business debt.

The Role: The successful candidate will assist with daily accounts administrative tasks, chasing late payments and monitoring credit facilities.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring business accounts, payment terms and credit limits

• Chasing late payments and processing payments

• Placing accounts on stop

• Allocating payments and resolving queries

• Checking and reissuing invoices and statements

• Maintaining and managing all related administrative tasks and duties

• General team support the admin and management team

Essential skills and experience:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Confident and friendly telephone manner

• Previous experience working in a busy office environment

• Ability to use database systems - training given
