Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk



Location:
Speke

Reporting to: Purchase Ledger Manager



Salary:
23-26k DOE


Duties Include:

  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
  • Scanning and inputting invoice details onto Sage
  • Match, batch and code invoices
  • Process payments
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Payment runs
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Making payments via BACS and cheques
  • Managing petty cash
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Skills Desired:

  • Previous Accounts/Purchase Ledger experience ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of financial ERM systems
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude!
  • AAT studiers welcome
