My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Data Analyst with APAC and European experience. Please see below some of the duties you will be undertaking:

• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements as it relates to the administration of payroll and attendance management


• Manage and maintain efficiencies to APAC and European payroll processes


• Troubleshoots payroll processing develops root cause analysis and works with payroll manager and IT to bring items to resolution


• Create reports for auditing Time & Attendance, system for hours worked, manager approvals and processor auditing


• Works with business process improvement analysts to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for processes


• Ensure compliance with payroll, legal, tax and finance policies and procedures; make recommendations for process improvements


• Assist in the management of the payroll workload by assigning and directing work as delegated by the Manager


• Maintain close relationships with managers and local teams assisting them with payroll inquiries


• Analyse the reasons for tax errors and work with managers and Human Resources and line managers to resolve issues


• Manage the relationship with payroll providers to be sure that SLAs are met and that the full benefit of services provided are realises
