OVERVIEW

Based in the heart of the city centre you'll be joining this global organisation as a part of the central credit control team.

Currently working from home you'll need to be self-motivated, driven and have a professional approach to chasing outstanding debt.

Your role will handling the day to day credit control but also supporting the credit control manager with complex queries and taking some additional responsibility on. So you'll need to have done a lot of query resolution in addition to the chasing of debt.

They're also looking for someone to there to support the rest of the team and step up when the manager is on holiday or involved in other things across the business.

This would be great if you're experienced in credit control but looking to add something else into your skillset.

There's definitely some potential for progression in this role as well, especially if you're looking to get some more hands on supervisory experience.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collection of overdue debt within a timely manner
• Ability to build strong relationships taking the correct approach
• Resolving internal and external queries
• Cashbook Posting
• Setting and maintaining credit limits

REQUIREMENTS

• Credit control experience is vital
• Ideally from a professional industry background
• Happy with a city centre located office
• They do have plans to get back working in the offices as soon as they're able so long term you will need to be happy commuting into the city at least a few days a week
