Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity working for a high-profile property client of ours. They are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with a proven background within the Property industry to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable function
• Reporting into and working closely with the Financial Controller
• Be working a very hands-on role with their own ledger to chase as well as oversee and assist the team where necessary
• Managing the key tenant accounts
• Monthly meetings with Executives reporting back on the progress of aged debt collections
• Review tenant billings
• Working towards unallocated cash targets
• Motivate the team and streamline the AR function making collections more efficient
• Support with credit write offs - liaising closely with solicitors

Person Specification:

• MUST have worked within the Property Industry at Management level
• Great communication and motivational skills to liaise with clients and boost moral within the team
• Used to working towards strict collection KPI's of up to 96%
• Have an analytical approach towards collections
