Do you have the correct profile?
We welcome your application if you are an experienced audit professional (ideally minimum of 3 years) with a strong proven (ideally corporate) business background and impeccable organisational/time management skills. You will hold a relevant qualification (ideally holding CIA or CMIIA accreditation, but certainly a professional accountancy qualification to an appropriate level). Our organisational structure is that of a
de-centralised multi-site commercial environment - so we would prefer you to have experience of a similar business setting. Additionally, some experience of working within either a distribution or manufacturing based business would be advantageous.

The Package
We offer an attractive basic starting salary (commensurate with experience) along with an attractive performance/profit linked bonus scheme and a flexible employee benefits scheme that includes: 25 days annual leave (rising up to 27 days with service plus all bank holidays), additional holiday purchasing scheme, contributory pension & employee discount scheme. Macfarlane Group is also dedicated to maximising every employee's potential, by providing career development plans and pathways in an environment that fosters personal growth and continuous improvement.
