Working for a professional services organisation, the Finance Manager will support and mentor a small team of accounts professionals. Ideally you will have experience from a similar background and open to progress with systems process and constant modernisation.

Supervising a team of 4 accounts professionals
Preparation and completion of month accounts including management pack
Budget and quarterly forecasting
Review of outstanding fees with credit team for cashflow purposes
Year end accounts process with assessment of bad debt provision
Year end audit alongside external auditors
Monthly payroll process with HMRC
VAT Returns quarterly
Personal Taxation, provide calculations to shareholders
