Robert Walters have partnered with an award winning, project based consultancy who are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Despite economic uncertainty, our client have experienced strong growth and this is a key senior hire for the team.
Key
responsibilities:
Provide financial advice and insight to a variety of businesses who have engaged with the business for support with management buyouts, acquisitions, sales and mergers.
Act as key point of contact for client parties involved in transactions, providing both face to face and virtual guidance.
Take full responsibility for key facets of a transaction including modelling, project management and deal execution.
Other adhoc project related duties will be involved, but these remain fluid depending on the client and transaction.
Experience and qualifications:
ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified.
Significant experience working within a large accountancy practice, finance consultancy or investment bank is essential.
In depth understanding of mergers, acquisitions, management buyouts and business transactions would be highly advantageous.
Clear and confident communication and partnering skills is vital for this role. This is a client facing role so the ability work with all levels within external businesses is very important.
The successful candidate should be ambitious, a team player and keen to develop their corporate finance skills.

This is predominately office based position although there is some flexibility
