P/Q Management Accountant for forward-thinking business in Colchester who are offering home-working.
Your new company
This forward-thinking key player in their business sector are looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join the team as they grow their business with expansion plans for 2021
Your new role
In this newly created Management Accountant job you will join the team and have responsibility in producing detailed management accounts to cover accurals, pre-payments, journals as well as investigating variances. You will have the confidence to work closely with non-finance departmental managers and project teams to discuss variances to ensure accurate forecasts are reported correctly. We will expect you be confident in the use Excel to use spreadsheets to analyse large volumes of data etc. This role offers home-working so they are flexible on your location but you may be expected to attend meetings in Colchester.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced part-qualified management accountant with the confidence to work closely with the budget holders advising and investigating variance etc. The organisation has a strong emphasis on technology in improving systems etc. so we are looking for an individual who is willing to develop their IT skills.
What you'll get in return
The organisation offers a competitive salary up to £35,000 plus study support, depending on experience, company laptop, mobile phone etc. for home-working plus the normal benefits of pension etc.
