An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Documentation Clerk to join an established logistics company based in Romford on a Permanent basis. You will be part of a hardworking, driven team to deliver excellent service. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Issuing of export bills of lading, freight invoices and cargo manifests
- Cross checking shipped on board against system information
- Issuing Telex Release once payment has been confirmed
- Issuing Manifest Corrections as required
- Ensuring payments received prior to release of BLs to non credit accounts
- Responding to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner
- Administrative duties as needed

Ideally, you will have a strong background in container shipping within the Freight industry, although training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The above position is based in Romford, Essex and is a full time Permanent role with the hours of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £20,000 - £21,000 per annum dependant on experience
