Payroll Manager
Robert Half are recruiting a stand-alone Payroll Manager position for a business based in North Bristol - offering £24,000 - £30,000. The role is perfect for someone who has previous experience of working on multiple, varying payrolls, as well as strong knowledge of pension schemes. Due to the pandemic, it would be beneficial for the successful candidate to also understand the current furlough schemes.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager - you will be responsible for the entire Payroll function of the business as this is a stand-alone role.
Key Duties
- Processing payroll for multiple subsidiaries on a weekly and monthly basis varying in size
- HMRC submissions and dealing with queries
- Preparing furlough scheme claims and P11d's
- Ensuring auto-enrolment and onboarding for new starters
- Raising P11d's, P45's and P60's
Your Profile
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Payroll knowledge and Furlough Scheme legislation
- Previous experience of working with varying payrolls
- Team player
