Our client, a fast growing specialist technology provider with a group turnover of c. £20m, requires a Group Finance Manager / Controller to implement group accounting processes and procedures.

The successful individual will be a qualified accountant with extensive exposure to international / multi-currency consolidations, ideally within an SME environment. Ideally you will have been involved in implementing processes and will be comfortable getting involved in the detail. The group consists of six companies.

The company is going through a period of rapid growth. Group Consolidations are currently carried out by by the auditors, so this individual would need to be able to take the current information and implement new internal processes to use going forward and liaise / mentor the current FC/FC.

Working as part of a small finance team (5 people), you will need to be a self-starter who is comfortable implementing the group reporting process from scratch as the current team do not have this experience / knowledge.

This is a UK business with international operations including US and South America. Any exposure to dealing with South America would be advantageous. Sage and strong excel skills.
