The Company: A ambitious and friendly Accountancy Practice are now seeking a passionate and experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of cloud-based accountancy softwares to join their committed team and provide bookkeeping support to a variety of their valued clients.

The Role:

Daily, weekly and monthly bookkeepingUploading transactions of the relevant system e.g. Xero, Quickbooks, Sage etc.Process sales invoicesReconcile bank accountsComplete month end adjustments e.g. accruals, prepaymentsMaintain fixed asset registersPrepare VAT & CIS returnsPrepare management accountsPrepare year end files

Experience/Skills Required:

Previous bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practice environment is essentialStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to liaise with various clients and build strong relationshipsAAT Level 4 qualified or studying is idealKnowledge of Xero is essentialKnowledge of other cloud-based accounting software is highly beneficial
