The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast-paced Commercial Finance team as a Finance Business Partner in our South West and Wales region.


The ideal candidate should be qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with 5 years or more post qualification experience, commercially focussed, and have a track record evidencing added value through their commercial business partnering. The candidate should also be reliable, committed, conscientious, highly motivated and passionate to add value through their role.

The role will be a key support to the Director of Region and a team of Area Development Managers and through excellent business partnering help to implement and deliver the regional budget targets and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of delivering high quality, focused business analysis, and the ability to provide both challenge and support to the operational teams.

What will I be expected to achieve?


• Delivery of the regional budget and contributing to the improvement of the Commercial Finance team

• Building excellent working relationships across a pacey and motivated operational team and support functions

• Identifying and Implementing cost saving initiatives

What skills would I need?


• Commercially astute

• Excellent business partnering experience

• Influencing skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

• Accuracy of information and attention to detail

Location:
South West & Wales
The ideal candidate would be based within the South West region with the flexibility to travel throughout the region as required and on occasion to our Support Centre based in Greater Manchester.
We will provide all equipment necessary to work regionally from home comfortably.
