Bionical Solutions are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to support us through a busy period over the next 3 months. Due to current working arrangements this role can be carried out 100% remotely.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working alongside our payroll team both internally and with our external partner.

You'll be dealing with and resolving queries throughout the month.

Working with Finance and HR to implement and adhere to new processes, taking a continuous improvement approach on a daily basis.

Getting involved at month end to ensure reconciliations are reviewed accordingly.

You'll also have exposure to expenses, working with the system to ensure they're processed, liaising with staff regarding queries, following an approval process and ensuring recharge process is strictly followed.

What experience will you need?

You'll need to have experience in payroll, preferably in a medium sized business dealing with multiple rates of pay.

You absolutely need to be IT savvy, we use multiple systems and will require regular email and word processing.
