Capital Dynamics is looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of membership with ACCA or MICPA or its equivalent, for its Kuala Lumpur office. As part of a small team, the Senior Accountant will perform a broad range of duties, including:o Fulfilling the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting requirements;o Preparing management reports, including budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations;o Dealing with auditor and tax agent;o Developing procedures and controls for the business;o Researching and providing input on moderate to complex accounting issues; ando Assisting in other projects as requested.
Besides possessing an Honours degree in Accountancy or the relevant professional qualifications, the candidate needs to have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and relevant managerial experience. The person must have at least 3 years of membership with ACCA or MICPA or its equivalent. The person needs to be absolutely trustworthy, efficient and have a high level of stamina. Having a strong understanding of accounting information systems and being able to implement the right controls at the right critical paths in an accounting information system will be an added advantage.
