To strengthen our General Accounting team, we are looking for a reliable Fixed Assets Junior Specialist who can deliver tasks independently. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization. Your responsibilities

• Accounting operations in Fixed Assets area in accordance with IFRS/ SOX controls
• Performing asset capitalization, retirement, maintenance requests and new assets set-up in Fixed Assets subledger
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
• Preparing extended review and analysis of subledger in order to ensure accuracy of data
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Supporting internal and external audit
• Recommendation and implementation of process improvement ideas

Your background

• Around 2 years of experience in Fixed Assets
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills (functions, pivot table)
• Good knowledge of English
• Process orientation and attention on details
• Very good organization and coordination skills
• Ability to work in team with deadlines and stress situations
