Role:?Management Accountant?

Location:
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

THE ROLE:?
- Support with projects, providing recommendations and commercial insights to senior stakeholders
- Perform full production of the?monthly?accounts?
- Produce the?budgets?and?forecasts?
- KPI reporting?
- Statutory Accounting
- Carry out Variance Analysis (for budgets vs actuals, forecasts etc)
- Preparation of VAT Returns
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders,?including the auditors and preparing for them
- Other ad hoc finance admin related tasks as required?

THE CANDIDATE:?
Essential:
- Relevant?Degree?holder with at least?3 years?practical finance?experience /?AAT Qualified?
-?Part?Qualified?CIMA?/?ACCA / ACA
-?Intermediate level on?excel?(basics of?Vlookups, Pivot tables, SUMIFS)?
- Previous experience in producing management accounts
- Previous experience in providing commercial input / project work
Ideal:
- Formal business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel- Previous experience in working in Blue-Chip sized businesses
