About the role

Principle

responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure the timely collection of payments.Contacting clients on a regular basis and resolving any outstanding queries that may delay payment.Build & maintain close working relationships with 'key' external customers/suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business.Analysis of aged debtors.Actively promote improved processes that affect individual and team performance.Set up new accounts.Negotiate payment plans.Posting cash, banking cheques and matching payments.Ensure master data is accurate and up to date.

Candidate Profile

You will be an experience credit controller with a strong track record of debt collection in your career to date. You will possess a diplomatic hand's on style of credit control with the ability to take responsibility and add value to process and procedural control.
