Payroll Manager £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits

Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit a Payroll Manager on behalf of a leading Accountancy and Tax firm in Brighton.

Responsibilities

• Processing Multiple start to finish payrolls both weekly and monthly

• Processing Sick pay SMP, SSP, SSP P45s and starters and leavers

• Calculate holiday pay

• Dealing with pay related queries

• Keeping up to date with latest Payroll Legislation

• Advise clients of all upcoming & necessary changes in payroll

• Manage a team of payroll staff

Experience & Skills required

• CIPP desirable

• Previous management experience within payroll

• Practice or bureau background

• Strong excel skills

• Brightpay, Xero system knowledge is desirable

• Good People management skills

• Strong work Ethic
