Growing Multi Site Group based in Windsor, Berkshire are looking to recruit a Group Reporting Accountant. Reporting to the Group FD The Group Reporting Accountant is primarily responsible for the consolidation and reporting of the Group's financial performance to The Board and has high visibility and responsibility to the Senior Management Team, Directors and Investors. The role is one of the senior members of the finance team, has a direct report and will support and guide a small team.

Responsibilities of the Group Reporting Accountant:


Reporting/Accounting

  • Ensure timely and accurate production of all internal and external reporting requirements for both the established business and the development business
  • Manage the production of the monthly Board Pack
  • Manage the accounting for the development, central and investment entities
  • Perform revenue review for the group, identifying issues and liaising with the Operations team to make the necessary corrections
  • Work with payroll bureau to ensure accurate processing of central payroll
  • Ensure numerous and varied ad hoc reporting requirements are met


Budgeting/Forecasting

  • Manage the Budget process for the development, central and investment entities
  • Discuss, challenge and agree key assumptions with the Financial Controller
  • Financially model agreed financial assumptions and determine business impact
  • Update forecasts on a monthly basis for actual results, current expectations and knowledge of the business
  • Perform short and medium term cash flow forecasting
  • Run scenario analysis for short, medium and long term forecasts

  • Key Performance Reporting

    • Ensure integrity of weekly key performance reporting


    Financial Statements and Audit

    • Support the audit process to ensure efficient, effective audit
    • Timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statements (for assigned entities)


    The successful Group Reporting Accountant will be a Qualified Accountant with the confidence to work at Board Level, ideally with previous Multi-Site experience who possesses excellent Excel skills and in return you will receive a salary of between £45k-£50k + excellent other benefits.
