Role - Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp)

Location - Middleton- must be car owner / driver due to the location (not accessible by Public Transport)

Hourly Rate £9 - £10ph depending on experience

Our Client is looking for a hands on and dynamic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and fast paced Finance team

You must have previous experience within Purchase Ledger - this is a hands on role and you will need to hit the ground running processing a high volume of Invoices.

The role will entail clearing a large back log of Invoices as the business heads into the busiest trading period of the year.

Your main duties will include;

  • Purchase Ledger Invoice processing - high volume including Scanning, matching, batching and coding
  • Daily reconciliation of Supplier statements
  • Preparation / assistance with Supplier Payment runs
  • Dealing with and resolving any Supplier queries
  • Month End Assistance on the Purchase Ledger - working to deadlines
  • Manage and complete all related Administration work as required

You must be able to work well in a pressured environment and work to strict deadlines - you just need to get stuck in
