We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide accounts payable support in APAC Shared Services team

Responsibilities:
You will play an important role as below:

• Process New request set ups: reviewing required documentation, receiving appropriate approvals, audit of information from the suppliers, entering data fields in the system per the Master Data Global Policy (bank details, Operating Unit, account type, etc.) within assigned time frame.
• Process Changes to supplier accounts (name and address): reviewing required documentation, receiving appropriate approvals, audit of information, entering data fields in the system per the Master Data Global Policy within assigned time frame.
• Analyze reports for possible duplications, data errors and potential merges.
• Cooperate with IT to resolve mismatches between systems.
• Provide support to other departments (e.g. Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.) regarding feedback on account/business rules and data entry process within the various systems.
• Administers corporate card travel programs.
• Manages new, active, and terminated employee accounts.
• Conducts various month end closing related works & monthly reconciliations.
• Participates in ad hoc projects

Qualifications :


Key Skills & Qualifications We are looking for :

• Accounting degree required
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of Oracle will be preferable
• Good working knowledge at Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willing to learn & team player
• Good communication skillÂ
