Your new company
A growing Professional Services company based in Warwick are seeking a Revenue Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be tasked with maintaining and delivering all invoicing with accurate information in order to recognise revenue correctly which involves:

• Processing invoices, credit notes and helping identify allocation of cash receipts accurately and within timelines Responsible for maintaining and updating elements of the system - e.g. master data, contracts
• Support the business in raising accurate invoices
• Raising of intercompany invoices and provide information to help complete monthly intercompany reconciliation Management of credit control process
• Calculation of bad debt provision
• Responsible for accurate recognition and reporting of all revenues
• Drive standardisation across the business
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain robust audit trails, working papers and approvals
• Understand systems and procedures and need for process controls e.g. segregation of duties, use of unique identifiers to avoid duplicate payments etc.
• Mentor and support team members

What you'll need to succeed
The company would ideally like the new revenue manager to start in December and requirements are:

• Part Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experienced team leader
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of NetSuite desirable
• Experience of migrating business onto new systems and process

What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, permanent role with remote working to start off, but you will be expected to in the office eventually. Salary up to £45,000 for the right person.
