A fast growing Pharmaceutical business based in Battersea are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Supervisor to join their growing finance division.

You will be responsible for owning the Accounts Payable function. Therefore must demonstrate 360 degree understanding of the payable function from accurate coding of supplier invoices, preparing for payment runs to cash book postings. Bookkeeping skills required such as understanding of accounting entries for fixed assets, prepayments, leases and posting of month end journals. You will also be charged with ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time which may include use of timesheets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within Accounts Payable and will also have Payroll experience. As this is a growing business, the ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable for business needs. Previous use of Xero software is advantageous.
